The parliament of the Republic of Georgia adopted resolution number 339 on 26 June 2018 creating the Otkhozoria–Tatunashvili sanctions list. Individuals identified on the list are accused of committing crimes against Georgian citizens within Russia-backed separatist regions of Abkhazia and South Ossetia.
The Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and National Bank of Georgia are tasked with imposing visa restrictions, blocking property and blocking transactions involving the individuals named in the Otkhozoria–Tatunashvili list.
