Agentic Monitoring
What's new
Agentic Monitoring combines continuous watchlist screening with Arbiter adjudication. People and organizations are screened when added to a monitor and re-screened automatically as the underlying watchlists change. Arbiter then reviews each potential match and returns a decision with a plain-language rationale.
How it works
- Clients add individuals or entities to a monitor. They are screened when added and automatically re-screened as watchlists change against the parameters set by the client.
- Arbiter agents review potential matches. Agents use the information provided about each person or organization to assess whether the match is a potential true positive, a false positive or needs more information.
- Clients receive reviewed results. Each match is delivered with a decision and a plain-english rationale of how that decision was reached.
Clients receive monitoring results that have already been reviewed, reducing the manual work needed to review new matches. The explanation behind each decision helps teams understand the result and determine the next step.

PEP Profile Enhancements
What's new
PEP profiles now include the date range for when they held public positions, source information for each record and two-way links between PEPs and their relatives and close associates, making it easier to find the details needed for a review.
How it helps
- Assess current and former roles. Start and end dates, where available, help you determine whether a person still holds a public role.
- Verify profile information. Each entry includes its source list to support analyst review.
- Trace PEP connections. Relationships appear on both profiles (PEP and the RCA), so reviewers can instantly see which PEP a relative or close associate is connected to and follow the link to review their details.
