Adverse Media Agent
What's new
Arbiter’s Adverse Media Agent reviews and adjudicates adverse media alerts within your existing workflows, so analysts can focus on high-value investigations rather than routine alert clearing.
How to access Adverse Media Agent
Adverse Media Agent is now available via API. In the platform, users with Arbiter permissions can view adjudications and rationales on adverse media articles without leaving their screening workflow.
How it works
- Configure: Arbiter’s Policies & Procedures Agent ingests your internal policies and escalation thresholds, setting guardrails for every adjudication.
- Train: Adverse Media Agent trains on your institution's past alert resolutions, aligning every decision to your review standards and escalation rules.
- Disposition: Alerts route into contextual workflows where the agent investigates each case and resolves or escalates based on risk severity.
- Document: Every disposition captures data references, decisioning codes and a human-readable narrative, creating an exam-ready audit trail.
Edit Arbiter Recommendations Without Leaving the Workflow
What's new
Users can now edit Arbiter's adjudication rationale directly from the workflow using a dedicated edit button when reviewing Arbiter recommendations.
How it works
Previously, editing an adjudication note required navigating back through the workflow and re-entering the decision. The edit button removes those steps. Changes can be made from the recommendation view without leaving the current screen.
What this means for you
- Faster corrections without workflow interruption.
- Less friction when overriding or refining an Arbiter recommendation before finalizing a disposition.
