Regulatory Enforcement

Regulatory Enforcement watchlists are composed of actions taken by regulators for violations of laws, rules or regulations, against both individuals and institutions, that are generally settlements, i.e. agreed to by the designee. These actions are important to consider when establishing new business relationships and should be viewed not as standalone, but within the context of an institution's size, time passed, and remedial actions taken or not taken.
