The Enriched Bank ID Report provides consolidated sanctioned bank profiles, including BICs, BINs and additional due diligence information. Compliance teams can use this data to identify sanctioned bank exposure in payments that contain bank identifiers but do not include the bank’s name.
The report includes:
- Bank Identification Numbers (BINs) associated with sanctioned banks
- Business Identifier Codes (BICs), also known as SWIFT codes, associated with sanctioned banks
- Additional due diligence information, including routing numbers and effective and expiration dates
Castellum.AI uses Arbiter AI agents to consolidate and verify BINs and BICs associated with sanctioned banks. These identifiers are maintained in a proprietary database and linked to sanctions records.
Coverage and updates
Coverage includes banks sanctioned by major global authorities, including US OFAC, Switzerland SECO, UN Sanctions and UK HMT OFSI. Castellum.AI adds newly identified BINs and BICs and updates existing records as sanctions status changes.
