How to Screen Adverse Media

Adverse Media is accessible in the Castellum.AI Platform or the API.

Note: Adverse Media is only available as part of an enterprise subscription. Contact us to upgrade your account to include Adverse Media. 

Platform users:

1. Navigate to Advanced Search, Batch Search or Scheduled Screening
2. Under the List Source drop down, select “Adverse Media” from Categories
3. Enter a name into the search field or uploaded file for batch or scheduled screening. Adverse Media screens must include a name for each query.
4. Execute search 
5. Review Adverse Media alerts in the same workflow as other risk data like sanctions or PEPs

API users:

1. Access API documentation here
2. Include the list source category “Adverse Media” within the JSON request body
3. Include a name within the name field of the JSON request body. Adverse Media screens must include a name for each query. 
4. Execute search
5. Receive Adverse Media alerts and process
