The Batch Search function enables you to upload up to 2,000 rows and screen them in 90 seconds or less (depending on internet connection speed). To start, upload a spreadsheet (UTF-8 encoded .CSV file) with each column corresponding to search fields (i.e. Full Name, ID, Location).
Castellum.AI will automatically match your column headers to our fields. Or, you can use the provided template file as a starting point to build your batch search file.
Once your file is uploaded:
- Select List Sources and Lists from these filters
- Toggle Weak AKAs if you would like each search term to cross check available aliases
- Set your match threshold

Click ‘Screen' to run the batch screen
Once your file has been screened:
- Each row that has returned matches will display the number of matches.
- Select Audit to review the matches for that search item and start the Onboarding Workflow
